Sammy Cooper

Sammy Cooper is a musician and songwriter originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Drawing on a wide variety of influences and styles, he writes and performs music with primarily rock, folk, and pop influences.

A lifelong musician, Sammy studied music at the University of Manitoba before changing directions to develop his own style of music composition, featuring soaring vocals and catchy melodies with heavily choral arrangements.

Sammy released his debut solo album, The Awakening, in August of 2023. Shortly after this, he moved to Kelowna, where he now performs regularly as a solo artist.
