Discovered online a couple years ago while scouring the Internet for a cookie recipe with my vegan daughter. My husband and I were eating exclusively paleo at the time, so finding something that fit both my daughter's and our needs seemed like a real bonus.

This recipe makes 36 small cookies.


i n g r e d i e n t s
1 1/2 Cups
almond flour
3 TBSP
coconut flour
3/4 tsp
baking soda
pinch
salt
2 TBSP
melted cocunut oil
3 TBSP
nut butter (peanut/almond/cashew...)
1/3 Cup
pure maple syrop
1 tsp
vanilla
* Additions depending on the flavour you want... raisins, nuts, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, ginger

i n s t r u c t i o n s

Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Blend together. Form on a baking sheet - cookies will NOT spread so make them thick and flat.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.
